We have private offices ranging from 8 people to 26 people on our first floor, and half or whole floors (1500 to 3600sqft) available and ready for bespoke customisation for any incoming tenants.

A fixed desk is your own dedicated desk in our collaboration workspace.

It’s exclusively for your use , or another member of your company and is available on a monthly renewable contract, so will remain yours each month you continue to use it.

Upgrade your membership with a private locker to keep your valuables safe, or a monthly coffee package for plentiful refills of bean to cup speciality coffees.

Fixed desk members also enjoy discounts to our meeting rooms and social events.
