Colony Square Center is located directly in the heart of Midtown Atlanta on the corner of 14th Street and Peachtree Street. Colony Square is a very familiar landmark in the area due to the mall connected to the 100 and 400 Colony Square Office Towers. The mall has an extensive variety of restaurant options such as Houlihan’s, Blimpie, Great Wraps, Moe’s, Chik-Filet, and Goldberg’s Bagels, as well as several other options. Retail services are also available such as dry cleaning, a salon, an athletic club, florist, shipping store, eye care center, bank, post office, and sundry shop. Shout, a trendy restaurant/bar is a great location for business lunches and dinners as well as for networking and de-stressing after work. There is also centralized coffeehouse and shopping kiosk carts with gift items. In addition there area several areas of seating, one including sky lights, which bring the sun streaming into the building. The Sheraton Hotel is conveniently located at the end of the mall allowing guests of clients to enter the hotel without even leaving the building!The center is located on the 2nd Floor of the 400 building. Though the building is older, extensive renovations have been completed on the floor to make it an updated classic traditional style. Guests are welcomed off the elevator into a spacious reception area which marble floors and extensive cherry wood reception desk. There are two gathering areas in the reception area, which each have their own color scheme, but have the same Asian artwork. There are other various touches to add to the appeal of the reception area as well. All 3 conference rooms adjoin the reception area, including the Large Glass Room, which has a view of the Colony Square courtyard and condominiums.The center has several model offices that are available for leasing at this time, including two corner offices, two window offices (one shown in the photos), and a 2-office suite (also shown in the photos). The 2-office suite is great for an attorney or other business person with a receptionist to greet clients coming to see him/her. One interior office is also available for leasing at this time. Colony Square a great location in that the offices are spacious and well-planned. Many of the offices have been painted with accent colors to provide more appeal.Colony Square is fortunate to have been selected to obtain a Ricoh Color Copier/Printer/Scanner, which is displayed in the Clients Services Area for clients to use. There is also an additional black and white copier "nook" located on the other side of the floor to provide convenience to the clients.
