Prospect Business Centres Adds to its London Office Portfolio

Yorkshire-based Prospect Business Centres, which operates premium serviced office centres in Leeds and London, has announced further expansion with its sixths serviced office location, its fourth in Central London.

The new 22,496 sq ft serviced offices at 5 Old Bailey are in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral and is the company’s largest centre which is due to open on 20th Junes 2016.

5 Old Bailey will be able to accommodate up to 350 desks across the 1st and 2nd floors. The new London centre joins a portfolio of three other centres in the capital, which are all experiencing record occupational levels of over 90 per cent.

Prospect has invested £2.4m in the development at No 5 Old Bailey and the offices will benefit from a high quality fitout and occupants will have access not only to shared meeting rooms but also to the terrace, showers, changing rooms with lockers and bike storage.

Prospect Business Centres’ portfolio now comprises of over 112,000 sqft of serviced office space and 1,700 desks across its four London business centres and two Yorkshire business centres in Leeds LS1 at  Prospect House and Fountain House in Leeds.
