In the USA, Canada and Australia prices are quoted on a per office/per month basis as opposed to per person.

What is included in the price of a serviced office?
This varies between office provider but generally the rental price includes everything you need to run an office, such as the rates, heating, lighting, office furniture, telephone line rental, telephone and internet maintenance, full reception service, telephone call answering, postage handling, use of common areas (kitchens, toilets, etc), office cleaning, building maintenance and insurance. Some providers are able to tailor a package to suit your business needs so if you require other services these can be added to your licence agreement.
Generally speaking all you will need is your computer and you will be ready to work.
